Bbm fakes gone, what now?

I checked the play store and all the fake bbm apps are gone, when is blackberry releasing the app for android, such a waste of time. Way to go blackberry.

The app has been delayed due to the high number of activations because of the apk leak. I have it working on my htc one.

Don't really care. I only have a couple contacts left on BBM and I talk to them on Twitter.

In my other life I work for a US gov't agency. It looks like we're finally starting to look at non-BlackBerry solutions. I have high hope for Android but all most seem to want is iOS.

The leak emerged after they were supposed to release the app, so they should have been ready for that kind of pressure. What a stupid excuse.
