BCC copy of sent email?

This is probably a simple question, but I sure can't figure out how to do this.

When I answer an email on my Epic, I need to automatically BCC a copy to myself on another account so that I can track all messages in Outlook -- especially if these are client-related discussions.

Is there a way to set this up?
