Beats over Bluetooth?

I would like to purchase a Bose portable wireless mp3 speaker. It works using Bluetooth / wireless. Will beats work? Or do I have to actually have to plug something into the jack? Thanks

I use a bluetooth device I got from Newegg to stream to my stereo. The Rezound should be able to sync with any standard bluetooth device.

I think for Beats to work you have to have something plugged into the headset jack.

Honestly though I prefer DSP Manager. Beats is ok compared to just a flat music player but I prefer to tweak it to what MY ears like, not what Dr. Dre thinks I'm going to like.

yeah my understanding it that beats is a hardware and software solution....DSP manager is good for the rest.

Linking the 2 via bluetooth shouldnt be an issue...

The answer is no - beats will not work with a bluetooth headphone.

Seriously, beats is so horrible of an implement that Dr. Dre has permanently tarnished his image in the most negative way.

I agree. But I think the Doc just gives that push to help us identify more of how we can tweak it to our liking.

P.S. Dr. Dre is like the Apple of headphones.

Back to topic however, I have my Rezound with Sense 4. I used the beats audio in it and it is ok. But I prefer to use the app known an the 'n7player'. It has its own equalizer, which give you much better control and variety for your music.

Where did you get DSP Manager? I couldn't find it in the Google Play store at all... :(

Thanks for all the suggestions. I see what you mean about beats. I broke down and bought the Bose portable speaker. Its impressive, I figured it would be. It does work using Poweramp with Beats. Volume + is a nice addition too. I have no clue how to adjust my own music, rely heavily on presets that sound good to me. Also I am still.... Stock. Was waiting for ota. Planning on changing this this this weekend. What suggestions do you have for a good player to use with stock phone besides poweramp, or is this the best. Not sure why I care but why not. Thanks for your help :)

What's all this negativity over Beats audio and Dre? Did you (as his song suggests) forget about Dre?

I listen to metal including the so-called black and death metal bands, and I am surprised at how good the Beats audio sound equalizer makes my music sound. I assumed that Beats was only for hip hop, but it seems to make all music sounds better. I don't need to mess with equalizer levels. It's just pre-tuned to sound great. I will seriously consider Beats audio for future purchases.
