Been stuck in "Authorizing Purchase" phase since last night

I tried to download the new psxdroid app last night, but I have been in the "Authorizing Purchase" phase of the download since last night. Anyone else have this problem or know of any solutions?

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I left it trying for over 4 hours and it still didn't work. It finally went through after starting and stopping it several (and I mean SEVERAL) times.
