Beeoven Android TV Box
Would be grateful for tips about how to sort out this that seems
to be on a loop of some sort:-
Films
They go to about half-way through then they suddenly stop and
return to the beginning and start again.
Episodes of Series
They go to part-way through then suddenly go back to the
beginning and start again and this time they go all the way
through to the end.
Live TV
After thirty minutes the programme stops. I return to the main menu, pull out the
lan cable, wait 5 seconds, replace the lan cable, go to the
programme, go to a different channel that has the same programme
and start again.
Notes
It is a Sky router. We are on Freeview. I have tried using the internet instead of the
cable but it is just the same problem. I make sure to log out and log in after refreshing
by going through Settings.

Have you tried simply doing a factory reset on the Android box? The issues don't sound as though they are with your internet connection but rather the box itself.

This is the part that confuses me - the internet is the cable, so where are you getting "the internet" connection - out of the air?

As Bla1ze said, it sounds more like a box problem than an internet problem. If resetting the box doesn't help, reflashing the firmware might, but I can't find anything under "Beeoven TV box". (Maybe the exact manufacturer and model number would help.)
