Benchmark Scores

Do the benchmark scores of your phone really matter that much? About 6 days after I got my Note 3, I ran the AnTutu Benchmark test to see how fast my phone was compared to others. It scored an awesome 35500 the first time, then an even better 36000 a few hours later. In an effort to try and get my phone to stop using battery on worthless operations, I did some research and turned off the apps that a number of people said we're irrelevant. However, after I did that, the benchmark score dropped to about 29000. I'm a big number guy, but should I disregard the benchmark tests? Or did I actually do something wrong to my phone?

Benchmarks don't really mean anything. As we have seen recently, phone companies have been cheating benchmark scores. The most important thing is real-world performance.

I did a benchmark the first day and it said the Galaxy S2 was faster than the note 3 in all aspects. I laughed
