Hello, awhile ago I did a backup using Keis before doing a factory reset on my Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 running 4.4.2. Then, I found that some of the files, settings and data were not actually backuped. I lost some important files such as videos and photos. As of today, is there an app that could fully clone the settings and files of this device before I do a factory reset and send it for repairing? I want the device to in the same conditions (same settings, files) after I get it back from Samsung and somehow do a restore. I recall that I have done two firmware upgrades and my device is not rooted. Thanks.

About the only thing you could use without rooting would be App Backup & Restore to back up your apps, Helium to back up the data from your apps and manually dragging and dropping individual files (pictures, videos, music, etc.)

If the device had CWM or TWRP on it, you could back up the entire ROM, which would include everything on the phone.

Thanks.

If I do the backup in the order you described. What will be left without backup? Is it better to backup to a sdcard, a PC, a Mac or Dropbox?

What is the reason for backuping the app given that my Playstore account has a record of all the apps I use?

How can I tell if the device has CWM or TWRP? I don't actually know what they are...
