Best backup app

what is the best app to back up all settings when flashing roms ( like contact ringtones , notification tones and applications)

I use rom manager to backup the rom before flashing. And titanium backup to backup apps. Ringtones I think are on the SD card. I don't change those much.

MyBackupPro will get system settings, app+data, sms, mms, call, contacts (use google for this though)... dunno about ringtones and stuff, but you can just make sure they are on your sd card. Not perfect thought, like it's not going to save you wifi and bluetooth setup.
