Best backup utility for non-rooted phones

Many of us don't/can't root, ROM or unlock our phones. This is especially true if the employer owns the phone.

So, with that in mind, what is the best backup utility? Which one gets the most data?

And what data can't be backed up by such a utility if the phone isn't rooted?

if you use Wugs galaxy nexus root toolkit you can backup and restore your apps to your PC without Rooting/unlocking the bootloader. i did it once before i unlocked/rooted and it seemed to work really well.
