AC Question

I want to change the battery of my samsung galaxy note pro 12.2 SM-P901. When I search for it, I found that there is T9500U, T9500C and T9500E. Can I replace with anyone of this. I have not open my tablet, so have no idea which one is inside my tab

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro and Note Pro 12.2 use the same battery, don't be mislead by the name and models as long as it's 9500 mAh battery

But why you need to change the battery ? This model has common problem of battery quick discharge but the problem is not from the battery.
Tell me your problem then I can tell what is the source because you might experience the same issue with new battery.

I also have a quick drain battery problem. The samsung rep said it was the battery and to replace it. But I agree its the system and something is draining it fast. The system totally shuts down at 68%, then I have to charge it. Have to keep it plugged in after used up to about 68%. I use an app for work and to track my miles so something is always running and I use the gps to find jobs. But the battery never drains all the way down, it shuts down after 68%. What do you think???

Read the thread "Flickering Screen" for information.
Change new battery won't solve problem if battery connector has cracks.
Most problems of this tablet come from battery connectors but regardless of my detailed explaination, people still try to do useless , unrelated things to fix it.
Trust me, tech supports are not repair tech, they have no clues how to fix hardware problems but people loves to spend hours on the phone with them.
