I just bought this plan for my Fascinate but I'm now second guessing my purchase.

I did a quick goggle search avert returning from the store and read some horror stories about the plan.

Some people were without a phone for over a month before getting a replacement.

I'm now thinking I should have gone with the Verizon insurance...

Anyone have anything good to say about the Black Tie plan?

I kept the insurance that Verizon has. I was going to get the Best Buy plan but they don't cover theft. It seemed fishy to me.

Its just after hearing some of the horror stories talking about waiting forever I don't want that to happen to me.

Hopefully when I go there to cancel tomorrow it won't be much of a hassle.

I too was tempted to go for the Best Buy protection because at least they give you a brand new phone and there's no deductible to pay for it (from what a rep there told me). From what I've overheard there, they give out loaner phones if they can't give you a replacement that day. The lack of theft coverage doesn't really bother me since my phone never leaves my pocket or my hand so I'd basically need to be mugged in order to have it stolen. I can't say the same about my own devices for damaging it. I've drowned/broken screens on many phones in the past. I'm still weighing the differences though...

I got my fianc?es last two phones from Best Buy and have opted out of their insurance plan on both occasions. However, I drilled them on it as it sounds better than Verizon's insurance.

I was told that if they have the phone you are replacing in the store you'll get one of those, otherwise they will overnight one to you.

Yeah it's definitely sounding more and more tempting. I still have yet to find the time (and remember to do so) to call both places and hear their pitch for why I should get theirs. I've had Verizon's insurance ever since I've been been using smartphones (going on 4 years now).
