Well it says that the offer and price is valid online only so I don't think they would match it since it's no the "store retail" price. The droid is only $98.88 at my local walmart.

I notice that Target and Best Buy both use "Simplexity" for there cells phones online. Best Buy has Droid for $129.99 and Target has it for $19.99.

Best buy only honors local stores, if its in stock, and not online/specialty stores.

not entirely true. People have gotten best buy to honor the pricing from dell.com on the Droid. Probably depends on where you go and how badly they want to sell a phone though.
