Any word on shipping status from BB?

My order is supposed to be delivered on Friday, given the info at the time I purchased.

At this point, BB say "Coming Soon" for those who have yet to order.

Same here. I'm anxious because I want to get rid of my Note7 so I called BB customer service yesterday.

The rep didn't understand much, but she said she anticipates it will ship out on 10/20 because thats what they always do with preorders

Since I can't see an estimated delivery date any longer, for me that was only available at the time of ordering, I just called in to confirm a delivery date. As of now, it's the same as when I made my order - this Friday.

So, good to hear that things are not changing due to the popularity of the Pixel, and it's current sold-out status at BB.

Hope this helps someone else in the same boat as me.

I pre ordered 10/8 and just got an email from bestbuy saying my order has been delayed 30 days. Estimated delivery date is now November 19th.

Pretty pissed off right now.

I had the same thing happen with my Note 7. After a couple of days it shipped anyway. I bet Best Buy has no idea when it will fulfill orders for sure so it's a placeholder date.

I'd rather save the ~$150 (cheaper than Verizon and 100 gift card) and wait.

Plus, the Pixel is mostly sold-out everywhere.
No way I'd consider anything else at this point.

Is odd because now the slate version doesn't even show up on their Web page (which is what i orderd). I'm kinda wondering if it's not just a glitch. Even the blue is still on there for order it just show's a long delay.

Mine was ordered on the 17th and it still says delivered by Monday the 24th...

I called customer service because I received the same email this morning. The rep that I talked to said that it already has a tracking number tied to it and is sitting on the dock waiting for UPS to pick it up. He provided me the tracking number but UPS doesn't have any record of it yet. I guess I will have to just keep checking...

Interesting. Good up hear. When you go online, does your order still just say Processing?

It still says processing, but he also stated that may not update promptly. The automated phone menu for checking your status gave me the shipping number as well.
