Best buy where i'm from is not offering it subsidzed with contract. They did politely tell I could buy it full price and still hop on a contract if i'd like. Nice of em ;-)

edit: In case it matters the best buy i speak of is located in Silverdale Washington

I tried at every best buy store in new jersey all said no
