Best Cloud Backup Option? Verizon cloud gets bad reviews

This is scaring me? Why did you lose your stuff if it was saved to the verizon cloud? I have been using the cloud for years. Once i log into myverizon from any device that has internet access, i can go to the cloud and see all my files. CANT I? CANT U? If I switch my service to TMobile, do I automatically lose access to the verizon cloud and ALL MY SAVED PHOTOS, ETC? I'm confused.

I am getting ready to leave verizon.So just for the heck of it I was wondering if I would still have my verizon cloud when I leave verizon. So be careful to get it all backed up to somewhere else.
That's what I am trying to find. A new place to transfer and backup my stuff from cloud.

but it won't happen i really disagree with above information. my videos are lost not backup properly.

Does my backup pro do a good job with setting up a new device from an old backup? I used to use titanium backup but I don't root anymore so that isn't an option for me now. I was looking for a replacement.
