Best Display Settings for Camera?

Anyone have any suggestions for setting the camera to the best picture quality? Coming from an iphone (sorry) I notice that there's a bit of a yellow tint to my pictures (at least on the display...maybe it's just a display issue?). Anyone just curious if there's any photo people out there that have found a good setting for their photo and video's on the Thunderbolt.

I notice a difference between preview - display after image, and display on teh pc so i have left it along other than to shoot at the largest res
