Hi guys,

So, I'm trying to find a way to set up my PERSONAL expense tracking, but I can't find an app that will have the features I'm really looking for. I was wondering if you knew of any that would let me do what I want or at least the closest possible one.
1) Free. I know, I'm cheap haha. But if there's a paid app that will do all I need and the price is right, I wouldn't mind paying for it or the service.
2) Preferably it will automatically download transaction information from my bank, but I can also do away with manual transaction input.
3) Receipt scanning and transaction association. I just want to go paperless!
4) Is not only able to track expenses, but also income. Basically I want to know how much I spend VS how much I make.
5) Multi-platform and synced. I do need to have this on my phone, tablet, and PC,but I need them all to sync up.

So far I've tried Mint and Expensify, and while both are strong, they still lack some features I need. Mint is great at reading my bank information and tracking expenses VS income, but it won't let me attach receipts. Expensify is great for expense tracking and reporting, but it won't track income and you only get 10 meager receipt scans a month with their free account. I'm not a small business and 5 bucks a month sounds like too much just to get the unlimited receipt scanning if I'm not in it to report my expenses to anyone else, I just want to keep track of my spending.

Any ideas?

Cash flow by NDL Inc. There is a free version but the paid version allows you to add more accounts and has a backup feature. The only thing it doesn't do is auto sync between multiple devices. Very good application though.

I'm using the free version of expense IQ
Wow, this seems nice! If it only had a PC client or web access, or even better, if it had auto-connection to my accounts instead of manual entry. But I might give this a go as long as it syncs to Dropbox... Thank you!

It mentions In-app purchases but those are not detailed in the description... do you know what those are?

You'd have to look into it when you download the app for specifics. I know they offer the capability to sync between multiple devices with the purchase, which I may do.

But it does not meet the requirements listed in the OP. I use it as a simple expenses tracker where I have to manually enter the data. It forces me to get into a regular routine once a week to review my accounts and balance my books. I like that over the automatic stuff. I guess I'm old school!
