Best (free) Password Keeper?

Keepass: Works with Android, Windows, Linux, Mac OSX, and iOS. I keep the file on Dropbox so that all my devices can access the password file.

KeePass on my desktop and laptop, KeePass for Android on my phone, with the password on a cloud account, so all 3 devices are always in sync (since they're using the same file).

WIth KeyPass, is keeping all of your devices in sync free? I use Keeper and pay like $9.99 a year for backup

I use Dropbox for the syncing of the KeePass file. If you pay for Dropbox, there is that charge, but I use Dropbox for free. If you have a free Dropbox account, then keeping the file in sync is free. You just need to have Dropbox installed on each device you are also installing KeePass on.

I'm using Norton Identity Safe. Quite happy with it. And because it's internet based, I have access to it from anywhere.

Password 360. I like how easy it is to transfer from phone to phone and keep backup on my external hard drive.

I've been using Dashlane on all my devices for a long time now. Been happy with it.

OI.Safe is rated a 4.5. Hasn't been updated since 2012, but haven't noted any issues.

I use Safe in Cloud. Although it's not free I got it on sale a while back and it's very good. There is a PC/Mac app so your database syncs automatically if you make changes on either your phone or computer. The S6 fingerprint reader also works with this app so that you don't have to type a password to access on your phone. Best $5 I've ever spent for an app. Now I have 20-digit passwords on all my important accounts and I don't have to worry about remembering any of them.
