Best Gaming under $100

Looking for a phone or tablet under $100 after taxes that can handle games like Final Fantasy BE and Mobius along with Modern Combat 5 type of games.

Looked at Samsung Galaxy Tab E but specs seem low. Also looked at Motorola Moto E4 and Samsung J3 Luna Pro.

ANyone know which can handle my games?

Under USD100? Even going for a used device that's pretty hard to find.
