Best ICS ROM (Preferably stock)

Looking for a ROM that is similar to stock for my thunderbolt. I'm new to rooting and I'm running stock ROM. Please help me flash the ROM with instructions or a link

All ics rom's aren't fully working yet. Data isn't working yet. No leak from HTC for it yet. Best bet is to find an up to date gingerbread rom. I personally recommend the asop roms.

Why is it that the LG Optimus V low-end, budget android phone have a JellyBean ROM, and the HTC Thunder Bolt High-end android phone hasn't even seen a functional ICS ROM?
I was expecting soooooo much more from this phone, and its dev community, but I guess I thought wrong.
Such potential, such lack of its use.

The RIL (radio) was the problem. Its INSANELY hard to crack. But ics leaked today.

With the Optimus V, we just pull the needed RIL files from a stock ROM, and slap em into a cherry picked source build.
The only official release for the OV was 2.2.1 and 2.2.2(non-OTA update, had to buy new phone to update it), so everything else is just pulled from various sources on github. There's no official support from CyanogenMod, and we rely on whatever Google source code is released, and build from there. Anything after that is either hand-made, or hand-picked by thhe handful of devs we have.

On a more related note to the Tbolt, Wi-Fi won't turn on, and keeps saying "error".
Rooted, stock, no SIMcard, 2GB sdcard. Its a friends old phone that was lent to me to do whatever magic I can to it.

i would recommend team Liquid's ICS build that jester has been working on. Insanely smooth. I tried the team BAMF leak and it was really nice to see ICS, but its sense and bloated and ate through my battery. the only thing not going for Liquid's is 4g. It tells you that youre only getting 1x but its connecting to 3g.
