If you want a really low budget tablet that won't let you down go with the Nexus 7(2013) model. It's well priced and performs extremely well. If you look around you'll find it brand new for a really good price. Stay away from inexpensive "off-brand" tablets, as those tend to have problems and are oftentimes not supported by the manufacturer in terms of software updates and can be buggy.
