Best Messaging App

The only app that works between my Note4 and Tab S 8.4 is 'mysms' . The problem is that it's bland with really no customization options. Why dont the tablets have a better variety of texting apps like the phones do? Every one I've tried to download on my tablet either says "not compatible" or have to adjust "permission settings" to allow it access. I can't even access the permission settings on the Tab s. Any thoughts amigos?

Why dont you use side sync? You can mirror your phone to the tablet and use your whole phone. Make calls get and send texts all while still using the tablet....

Yeah I've tried that. Kind of laborious to always have to sync it.

if you are on AT&T you can use their "My Messages" app. It's just like using the phone to send and receive. It self-updates so the tablet is in sync with the messages on the phone. It is not slaved to the phone -uses its own wifi. So when using the Tab-S, I can send /receive plus attachments. Not sure what else. Anyway it works.

Ok great. Will try
