The other day, my opera browser was draining my battery.
Today, Dolphin Browser was eating 23% of my CPU (having only done a few voice searches).
Had I not brought up Task Manager, my battery would have been completely drained.
What's the best way to be notified if an app is consuming too much CPU/Battery for a sustained period of time?
