Best non-root firewall?

Seems like Mobiwol and NoRoot Firewall are the 2 most popular. Which one is better out of the two? Any downsides of using a firewall, e.g., decreased battery life, delayed notifications, slow speeds, etc?

I have used Mobiwol for some time now.
I haven't noticed any change in speed or notifications. Battery life dropped a little, though.
Overall, it's been good. Specially because the settings are very clear and direct.
