Best non streaming music app for Note 4 ?

Any suggestions on the best non-streaming music app for the Note 4 ?

I currently use iTunes and have a 128 GB micro SD card installed.

Power amp is a solid choice...N7 Player or Player Pro are pretty nice and equally good as PA.

I like to go into my music and just let it run without much skipping around. Folder Player or the currently better Music Folder Player will start where you tell it and just keep going through the directory structure. For me this is Artist-Album-Songs_Next Artist (Alphabetical). Skipping around is not hard either.

Well my app used to be power amp, but as of today I had to switch to rocket player. For some reason power amp stopped working.

DoubleTwist is decent in getting your music moved from a pc or mac to your phone, if that's what you need. It was one of the few that also transferred your playlists from iTunes to a Samsung device (Samsung has always had some weirdness in how it sets up your music and playlists) Double Twist also has a pretty decent music player once you get your music transferred. But I will admit that sometimes it feels like you have to stage the equivalent of an Italian Opera to get the job done. I have never been able to get comfortable with Google Music.
