Best Performance Mode?

I leave mine on Entertainment Mode because it's totally maxed out but I still have great battery life and no heating issues.

I wish it came out the box this way instead on being hidden in the settings.

Also I wonder why they made different performance modes when they're​ all the same roughly with the expectation on Entertainment Mode which enables every option?

I am not sure what the settings really do, since the description only mentions the display resolution. Seems it should also change display adaptiveness and throttle the CPU/GPU, but appears not to say so.
