When selling, the best place is craigslist or the app let go. If you use ebay or swappa you'll have to deal with a 6 month buyer return policy. Anytime within a 6 month period a buyer can claim the phone was SNAD (Significantly not as described). Basically they can use a phone for 5 months, with no case. Scratch it up, then claim they received it that way. Buying, yes go with paypal. Paypal is great for buyers.
Really? I've never seen that on their site. I know there is buyer protection through PayPal.
Sell as 'returns not accepted', take lot of pictures with a news paper of current day (dispatch day) next to it.

180 days is part of the buyers protection, so it doesn't matter how long a sellers return period is.
