Hey all, i'm struggling to get my essential phone up and running so I really need my Sim card in my current iPhone. So I thought maybe I can just get a prepaid Sim. Unfortunately Verizon wants to charge me a $25 fee on top of a Sim card.

Any quick and easy Sim cards from carriers that would be recommended? I would like to just plug one in and try this sucker out for as little money as possible. I don't need more than say 1G data.
I have a target, Staples and a Walmart near me. No Best Buy.
Thanks

Take a look at T-Mobile prepaid. You can pick up a SIM card for around $5 and you can opt for the Pay As You go plan and put $5 on there and be good to go.
