I've always used privacy anti-spy tempered glass on my phones. Unfortunately, I am having a heck of a time finding one for S8's curved screen that works well.

Last one I tried made it really difficult to pull notifications down.

1) Do you have any you'd recommend?
2) Are you using any tempered glass protector that works really well, that you'd recommend?

Thanks.

I wish I could be of some help, I have never used screen protectors on any of my phones. To me there always seemed to be a delay with swiping and presses. I am also not that important of a person where I need to keep my stuff private.

From what I have read on these forums and the internet, screen protectors are not staying on very well especially with a case. There are a few posts about screen protectors in the accessories section. Maybe you can find a screen protector that works and see if that company has a privacy version.

Most people that tried tempered glass on the s8 didn't have a good experience, since the screen is curved most of them won't stick properly anyway (they only stick on the edges not on it's surface). I'd suggest to try a normal plastic one instead. Also never even saw anyone that used these "privacy protector" and i don't think they make them anymore (at least haven't seen one for ages). For suggestions on protector i'd direct you on the accessories part of these forums for the s8.

Ya I am having trouble finding even a normal tempered glass that works on S8 well. I tried, didn't work.

I am not sure if plastic ones are any good though.

Well to be fair if you're looking for protection from drops no plastic ones won't help, those are mainly for scratch protections. If you're the type to drop his phone (often or not) glass ones are better, although everyone has had a hard time finding a good one with the s8 because of the edges. I don't ever drop my phones so i went nakes but ofc not everyone is as lucky as i am lolz.

I've got no advice on privacy filters. However, FWIW I recently found that a cheapo $10 tempered glass screen protector from Amazon works pretty well if you remove the glue on the right and left sides. You can peel it off and then cut it with a scissors. I found that if you firmly place this modified screen protector on your phone and let it adhere for a couple minutes, it sits pretty tight on the screen with just the glue in the corners, but without obscuring two whole sides of your display with an ugly residue.

If you buy a glass privacy filter off Amazon, you might try out this solution!

We use screen protectors to protect our Gadget from sudden falls and scratches. Most of the people have a taught that screen protector and privacy screen filter. but, actually there was lot more difference between those two. By Using Privacy Screen Filter you can Protect Your Phone from Viewing to the Person who is sitting next to you. This Privacy Screen Protector make us visible only 30 degrees where as Normal Screen Protector Just gives Protection for Screen But not gives us Viewing Privacy
