I use Mocha VNC lite. Found a great free VNC server for my windows pc's, and my Linux boxes have it built in.

...remoting to one of my windows pc's now to find the server name...

Its "Tight VNC"

Highly recommended by me.

I have been using Remote Desktop Client from Xtralogic, Inc. It's on the order of $20, but works great. I've been using it on my phone for about a year and now on the Xoom.

There was a problem on day 1 with the Xoom and Windows 7. However, a quick email with Xtralogic and they had a new version released on Friday last week to fix the problem.

Here's what I like...

It uses remote desktop protocol in Windows, so there's no third party software to install on the PC.

Full screen is great on the Xoom. 1280x800 is the same resolution as my laptop, so no degradation in viewing the screen (except a bit of pixels lost on the bottom for the perpetual Android "buttons").

Two modes for the mouse - either touch screen (painful on the phone, but probably OK on the Xoom) and track pad (or something similar) type where you turn your display into a mouse pad and scroll around, tap to click, etc.

I read some reviews a year ago when I made my decision and haven't looked back. $20 well spent.

Teamviewer for me. It is turning the phone into a giant touchpad, but it is pretty easy to use and haven't had a problem with it on my zoom. plus it is great for providing remote support to other people. Just have them run the program and give you the code

LogMeIn Ignition works like a champ for me. If a family member is having an issue I just have them log into the account online and then click ADD THIS COMPUTER and I can control it from my tablet if I'm away from my computer.

Not gonna lie, I got the APK off some random site and have been using LogMeIn Ignition since launch day.

It's given me no problems whatsoever.

So far PocketCloud is the only one that works and looks good on my Xoom. Debating if I want to purchase the full version.

Now if Citrix would hurry up and fix there app for Xoom I'd be set.
