Best set of config tweaks to preserve battery on Lollipop?

Please suggest articles/posts describing the best set of config tweaks to conserve battery after a factory data reset.

I've done some I recall (like disabling s-voice & google's wake-up-voice) but I'd like to run through a well thought out set of config tweaks so my phone will run as best possible.
