Best SetCPU Profiles

Hey, I just rooted my phone and installed SetCPU, now the question is: Which one of the default profiles its the best? I want one that makes my battery last longer but that when I use the phone dont get laggy while playing for example Asphalt 7. Thank You for asking!!
