I'm trying to make some sense out of all the health app options available for this watch. I'm athletic and stay active. So I'm mostly looking for tracking, measuring progress, etc. The motivation notifications have been a little annoying. I do weight training, conditioning work and run. I'm looking for some advice or personal experiences.

Some of the functionality seems a bit duplicated among the apps but so far I've been doing the following:
- UA Record for any gym activity. Only issue is it doesn't seem to background. So I can't use the timer app which I use to time between sets. But I can use my phone's timer.
- Track diet in MFP. Had to disconnect S Health from MFP as it was duplicating exercise from MMR.
- MMR for running. Sometimes it seems to auto trigger walking my dog but not always.
- Not use S Health on watch except for sleep tracking and aggregated reporting on my phone. Can't get diet to sync from MFP either.
