What is the best software to shrink and convert flv mp4 m2ts mpg files etc for the Note?

They are all kinda slow but I use
Xilisoft Video Converter. It can convert anything and you have numerous output formats and resolutions to choose from.

I use imtoo hd video converter. Pretty good from my experience. Has multiple output formats and they have categories to help with what format you may want like different android phones, Mac stuff, etc.

I'm using the Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate and it does a good job with dvrms and m2ts. It has nice presets for most phones except the note. I used the preset for the Galaxy Tab but changed the resolution to 1280x720. Frame rate is 30 fps and bit rate is 2000 kbps. Should I change these as well?
