best sports score app

I like ScoreMobile (SM), though I'm not sure if it can do notifications. I don't need notifications so I'm ok with it.

ESPN ScoreCenter was nice but I was having horrible battery life and I read a few times that it was a battery hog. I removed it (along with a few other changes I made) and my battery life improved significantly. Nothing against it, but SM works for me on my Droid X.

I just use http://www.nfl.com/scores it auto refreshes every few min, and you can see highlights. Tells you who has the ball, with a football icon, in the teams box..ect.

Not everything needs to be an app.

I tried espn score center it was ok but I removed it lol.

I use both the nfl site and the vzw nfl app. Both of those show you who has the football.

I used score mobile as well but not currently
