Best TTS Engine for Android?

Installed SVOX on my ATT S7, but could not get the voice file to download over multiple attempts at different times. Message was "Unable to connect. Try again later". I was connected.

Now looking for alternative TTS. What positive experiences are out there for an engine with a good variety of English voices, male and female? Thanks. (If there is a previous thread I did not see it).
