I'm looking for a vault app that I can store some personal information in. I would like to store passwords, credit cards, birth certificates maybe, social security info, etc. I dont need a password manager, just an app I can securely store this info in.

Any suggestions.

This isn't something you typically want to put on your phone because it is extremely sensitive. You have to take into account many things that can go wrong, such as losing the phone itself.

First, I think it is worth encrypting your phone as this is data you do not want to lose: https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/2844831?hl=en

Second, you should only use services that are widely known for security and trust such as Symantec.

To store passwords, I suggest these services:

Lastpass: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...=https%3A%2F%2Flastpass.com%2F&token=y3d8gr_Z

Symantec Password Manager: https://identitysafe.norton.com/

For Credit Cards, I suggest you stay safe and use your bank's app (if it has one) like Wells Fargo or Bank Of America does:

https://play.google.com/store/search?q=bank%20app&c=apps

Birth Certificates/Social Security:

I'm not sure how to approach this, but here are some ideas:

1. You can take a picture of it and keep it in your gallery. You can lock the app with something like AppLock: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...etails?id=com.domobile.applock&token=k5DhfM2D

2. You can type the information in a notepad, and then encrypt that file.

3. I do not recommend uploading it to the cloud, but if you must, you can use one of the most secure cloud storages out there:

https://tresorit.com

That's my two cents, and again I stress this, this is very sensitive information so be careful with it.

I recommend hide it pro aka audio manager, it allows you to hide pictures music and videos lock and hide apps it also has a file manager and encryption area (tech noob so I honestly don't know how to use that part)

Universal app for storing sensitive information: NS Wallet
https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...etails?id=com.nyxbull.nswallet&token=RDmDceZy

The biggest advantage: it doesn't have NETWORK permission, so you can be sure that your data stays on the phone only.
There are also versions of this app for iOS, Mac and Windows, you can find more details on the homepage: NS Wallet
