I know on the old N7 if i went with a wallpaper that is 1600x900 it looked great. If i went with the resolution that the n7 is the wallpaper wasnt that great.

as always, native resolution wallpaper works best. luckily 1920x1200 is not a difficult resolution to find, if you have to, find a larger resolution and crop it to 1920x1200.
download wallbase from the play store ,you can set it to only show wallpapers in certain resolutions,millions of beautiful wallpapers ro choose from,i find 2640x1440 works the best for 7in tablets.also get an app called wallpaper wizardi ,it allows you to set wallpapers to scale your screen perfectly,both apps are free
