Best way to sync calendars?

So, is the calendar app that came with the N8 from verizon the best to use? If not, what is the best.

So how do I sync my outlook calendar into my phone?

Actually while I like Google calendar I have found that the Samsung one built it works pretty well with multiple calendars.

I can't sync my work calendar with google. I have to export it to a file, then import it into google.
If your outlook calendar is your personal calendar or your company isn't as strict, you should have an easier time.

I prefer the Samsung calendar over Google calendar. As for syncing Outlook, I added my Outlook account, made sure contacts and calendar sync was turned on for that account , and made sure the Outlook account was turned on in Samsung calendar "Manage Calendars" settings.

None of the above. I've been using Pimlical for Android, having started with Datebk3/4/5 on my Palm Pilot Coordinates all my Google calendars into one functional interface.
