Big confusion about the languages spoken by assistant in AA. Please help!

Hello everyone. I am so confused about this, i realy cant find any explanation nor solution. My native language is Czech, which is not supported by Google assistant. Although, yestreday, just out of the blue, i tried "OK google" with czech language request in AA and supripse!!! It was actualy talking back in czech language!!! It worked flawlessly, i was waiting soooo looong for this... BUT.... When i stopped the car and tried it again later, without changing anything in setting, it is only talking english now again. I have no explanation. Actualy, i found a recommendation by some guy to log out of Google and use it without login. Whenever i do this, its talking czech. While driving, i just log in back to google and it immediately starts talking english... I absolutely do not understand it. Can anyone help me set this up in a way that i am connected to google and it speaks czech at the same time? THANKS!!!!!!!!!

Without AA does the phone GA work in Czech language?

Hello Mustang, thanks for reply. Thats actualy a good point! Just tried it out and in my phone it behaves exactly the same: when i log out of google, assitant is speaking czech flawlessly. But when i log back, it immediately changes to english again.

When you say log out of Google do you mean your Google account? Which device you have ?

I mean i go into Google app (the one with G logo) and in upper right corner i click my avatar and choose continue withou using my account. I am on S21 Ultra 5g

Thats strange why u sign in it doesn't work but sign out its ok , do you have another Google account to try?

Just tried. When i add new account and want to use GA, i am required to choose a language. Czech is not listed. So i can only go for english meaning when i am on different account, it still works the same way

With the language sometimes can be frustrating , im not sure what can be done about it hopefully someone see this thread and has a suggestion

Call it Google gives and Google takes it away. I had similar experience with a language AA not officially support, simplified Chinese. Apparently, Google does experiment on languages all the time. So, it some times work, some times doesn't work and back to work again. It is all controlled by the server side, nothing you can configure on client side.

Now only if I can turn off YouTube captions on Android apps. That was forced on by Google all the time. No way to turn it off. I know Google tried to do this for train their AI.
