Big stain on my screen

Hello!
I've had this a while but it only really annoys me now. On my Huawei Y6 2017 phone there is some sort of dirty stain/scratch on my screen. It looks horrible and annoys me when i'm on my phone. I have tried getting it off with wipes and even toothpaste! It won't come off. I am wondering how I can clean it off. Thanks
