Bill Me Later

So I'm debating between a nex 5 and a Lumia 1520...gonna go through newegg, does anyone have any experience with the Bill Me Later feature? I'm fairly new to credit and everything. I have a job and can pay it off by next paycheck. Just don't know what to expect
