Bionic 3G Data down for hours daily. Reactivate my Fascinate?

Tired of my Data being down on a daily basis for 15mins - to hours. I don't have 4G available in my area so I have switched from "CDME/LTE" to "CDME only" and back with no improvement. Powering off and restarting doesn't help, switching to airplane mode and back doesn't help either. I know the phone has had issues with dropping connection when using 4G but this isn't the problem where I live.

I had a lot of things I didn't like about my Fascinate but I may reactivate it and give my Bionic a rest because I am tired of not having a data connection

ask for a credit towards your bill. I just got $30 taken off my bill for data issues.
