Bionic bricked no recovery menu

I successfully put the ICS leak on my bionic using the instructions here (ICS 4.0.4 Leak 6.7.2231 - DROID BIONIC - droidHIVE Forums).
I then tried doing exactly the same thing with my friend's bionic and it seemed to install fine but won't boot up. It gives the following errors:

Invalid CG OTV (CG: webtop): Invalid SP Data
Invalid CG HAB (CG: Webtop, status: 0X004E)
Invalid CG OTV (CG: Webtop)

I can't even get the recovery menu, it just always brings up a black screen with that. We've both been scouring the web for several hours now trying to flash things with rsd lite, etc., and nothing works.
Any suggestions? Please??
