Bionic LED will not turn off! stays green when battery is in

My LED will stay on and green whenever the battery is in.

I tried a factory reset but it still stays green
A different battery but still stays green
I turn the phone off and the LED is still on

This is my 2nd bionic, should I try to return to Costco again? will they let me do a 2nd exchange? I don't have the gps dock anymore. If not am I stuck with a refurbished phone?

Sounds like an odd situation. I've only had refurbs sent out to me. Try calling Verizon customer support. I know they rarely have the right answer but you never know. Has this happened to both of your devices?

Nope just this one and ot started two hours ago. Gonna try to exchange again tommorow at costco i guess...

It can't be really anything other than a hardware problem. Its a pain to do the return dance but its gotta get done. I hope your next one doesn't have any problems

Mannnn Im going thru the same issue. Mine wont stop blinking when the screen goes off. Is yours a solid green or is it blinking?

Mine started this morning as well.

Its kinda frustrating because one thinks an email or some other new alert has come.....

You sure you cleared any new messages and other notifications? Otherwise the light seems to stay on, blinking.
