Bionic wont even boot into recovery HELP!

Ok I have this Droid bionic and its stuck on the Motorola dual core screen I can get to the bootloader and thats it I cant even get into the recovery screen if I click recovery it goes back to the dual core screen again can anyone help with this?

Does this happen when you take it off the charger? My Thunderbolt started doing that about 3 days ago.. takes about 20-30 times of seeing the first screen to get past it and then it will work fine.. weird as hell.. I would say what Verizon would have you do is do a Factory Reset from Bootloader and hopefully that fixes your issue otherwise have them order a replacement phone for you with the warranty. No ive tried letting it just start up, its not under warranty, and I cant factory reset bc I cant get to the recovery screen
