Bionic won't receive calls.

My Bionic will not receive calls but,I can make calls, has anyone had this issue? I've tried restarting but, it hasn't worked. I am also on the 14 day from when I bought it and, wonder if I still can return it.

Solved

It seems that my Google voice was messing things up. This is my last day so, I think I may take it back. Google voice worked on all my other phones except this on. I actually had it working before but, i don't know what's wrong now.

I guess I have an excuse to wait for the Nexus phone now.
