bionix frost for sgs4g

Wondering if anyone can help me here? So over at xda forums they are saying bionix frost is a galaxy s 4g rom now. I also have been reading that it is a galaxy s 4g based rom? I am confused...... They have it listed as compatible rom. I downloaded bionix frost to my sd card but i have not flashed it because im very unclear about this. So i guess my question is anyone running bionix frost on there galaxy s 4g? Is it safe to flash? Thanks for all your help!

It is very safe if you know what your doing. I'm running bionix black ice and I love it.

It's a very stable rom. and with the right tweaks can be speedy and responsive.
