Bixby - How do I turn it back on?

New Note 8 owner here. Messing with settings and I turned Bixby off thinking I'd not use it.. Now, I'd still like to explore it so how do I get in back on?
The dedicated Bixby button does nothing, the "swipe right" does nothing.
Any help appreciated! Thanks...

hold the button down and the bixby page will come up. make sure notifications are turned on. there are a bunch of bixby apps you might need to go through

He said the button does nothing so that won't help.

Try long pressing on empty screen to bring up a list of pages, those are the panels that have your apps displayed when you turn your phone on. You should see to the very left a screen that says 'Bixby Home'. Make sure sure it's toggled on (It should be blue).

Swipe right to go to it, then hit the settings icon in the top right of the Bixby Home panel, and that should bring up the option to enable the Bixby button. If you want voice, click the vertical threw dots on the Bixby Home screen and go to settings. Enable Bixby Voice from there.

My question is how do I turn it off? No matter what I do to uninstall or disable it, it comes back to life! Not intending to do a ... thread drift.

Follow my 8nstructions in reverse. Disable the Bixby Home panel on your home screen layout (it should be toggled off, or gray). Before doing that, make sure you've turned the Bixby key off by hitting the settings icon and toggling that off, and making sure Bixby Voice is turned off in the main settings menu in Bixby Home.
