Bixby Issues on Samsung S21 Ultra

hi.just bought a rebuilt s21 ultra and very happy, but I cannot get bixby to load past the Bixby logo screen. Nothing at all happens. Has anyone experinced this and figured a way out?

I wish to set my alrm clock to wake me up with new headlines. This worked fine on my Samsung s10+...but not my S21Ultra...Bixy does not seem to work at all- I even tried to open it from the ide button as wlel as in the app

Try clearing the app cache and data for Bixby.

Glad it worked for you. It shouldn't be a frequent thing but it does happen here and there. If you're ever having app issues it's usually the first step in fixing it.

I have cleared the cache and reset the data for the Bixby app.
I have never had this feature but a friend with the same device does.
Any ideas would be appreciated

I'm in the US it's available, go to Bixby settings see if it's available if not maybe try changing your region to US

I have a friend in Australia who does have the same phone but also has this feature. Hence the oddity.
